At Zebra Pen, we stand behind the quality of our writing instruments. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place the unused items in their original packaging and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
